Trading under the new symbol will commence today, and all shareholders in possession of Brighton certificates will be contacted with notice and instructions to mail them to the company for replacement. Completion is expected shortly, at which time the company will announce the date of the annual meeting and other milestones. Completion and filing of historical SEC disclosure documents is currently pending completion of the audits.

; right now, the market landscape is littered with former high-fliers of years past, and we believe that Seedling has a prosperous future ahead as we assist shareholders of other struggling, public technology companies in salvaging and building value in today's tough market. Our work with Stonepath Group is one example of this strategy in action."

Seedling's management then takes a proactive role in supporting profitable growth, working together with the management of its portfolio companies to provide access to key services and relationships. Additionally, Seedling acts as a catalyst to revive the operations of troubled public technology companies. Revenue is derived from transactional fees, ongoing consultative work, and sale proceeds from previous direct investments. Seedling's principals have hands-on experience helping more than 20 successful technology companies from founding through sale or other exit opportunities.
