BrightStar Talent Group Appoints Leo J. Taylor to Serve as President and Chief Executive Officer; Company Hires Former Pulte Homes Executive to Join Executive Leadership Team.

ATLANTA -- BrightStar Talent Group, Inc. today announced the appointment of Leo J. Taylor to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer and President.

Mr. Taylor, 47, recently served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Pulte Homes Corp. (NYSE: PHM), a $13 billion residential construction homebuilding organization with over 13,000 employees. He joined Pulte Homes in 1994 as Vice President of Human Resources for the Pulte Homes Central Group. He was promoted to the position of Vice President of Human Resources and Sales Development in 1997, in which position he was responsible for employee relations, benefits and compensation, training and development, and staffing associated with Pulte Homes' day-to-day operations and long-term strategic objectives. Prior to joining Pulte Homes, Mr. Taylor held several executive level positions at Aetna Life and Casualty and Frito Lay.

Mr. Taylor earned his Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations and his B.A. in Political Science degrees from West Virginia University.
