Bright moves for sunglasses chain.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC has secured 14 new store locations for Solstice Sunglass Boutiques (Solstice).

Solstice's newest locations include Park Meadows in Littleton, CO; Pacific Place in Seattle, WA; San Francisco Centre in San Francisco, CA; Century City in Los Angeles, CA, The Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA.; Town Center at Otay Ranch in Chula Vista, CA; Town Square, Las Vegas, NV; the Tanger Outlet Center in Sanibel, FL; Coconut Point in Bonita Springs, FL; Mall at Chestnut Hill in Chestnut Hill, MA; South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA; The Woodlands, TX; Prime Outlets Mall San Marcos in San Marcos, TX; and Baybrook Mall in Houston, TX.

Karen Bellantoni, senior managing director, and Robert Draizen, senior director, of RKF represented Solstice in all the transactions. Solstice now operates more than 50 stores throughout the United States and plans to continue this growth in 2006. RKF, the exclusive real estate representative for Solstice, typically seeks 1,000 s/f locations for the sunglass retailer.
