Do you answer the same questions for different people over and over again? It may not seem like a time drain, but frequently, everyone's plate in Human Resources The fancy word for "people." If you track the questions you answer, you could create frequently asked question (FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) A group of commonly asked questions about a subject along with the answers. Vendors often display them on their Web sites for use as troubleshooting guidelines. ) on a variety of issues. To really save time, you could post these FAQs FAQs Online A list on a website that answers basic–Frequently Asked Questions–that might be asked by a first-time visitor to the site  on your company Intranet site.

You could create your own FAQs based on the questions you received from employees or you could use FAQs created by others, for example:
