:DIAL) - today announced that WebTop.com, its concept-based search engine provider, is partnering with news feed supplier Moreover.com (http://www.moreover.com) to significantly enhance NewsZone, WebTop.com's free news database.

WebTop.com will add Moreover.com's news service and its 1,500 global news sources to NewsZone's existing databases that are searched by WebTop.com and the WebCheck desktop research tool. Webcheck utilizes 'linguistic inference' technologies to make searching easier, by identifying and matching key concepts rather than just key words. It allows users to search the Internet without the need to open browsers, use search engines or type key word searches, delivering comprehensive and finely filtered search results.

WebTop.com and Moreover.com will jointly market and distribute NewsZone and share the advertising revenues. It is available to users at the WebTop.com and Moreover.com websites. Additionally, the WebCheck desktop tool is free to download from the WebTop.com site (http://www.webtop.com).
