Briefly.Byline: The Register-Guard Inspectors post reward over box break-ins Federal postal inspectors are offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for a recent rash of break-ins of postal collection boxes in the Eugene area. Postal inspector Dennis Fernald said burglars broke into blue collection boxes at the Westside Station Post Office at 950 Tyinn St. and a collection box on the corner of Third Avenue and Mill Street in Eugene. Mail was taken from each collection box. The crimes occurred after normal business hours BUSINESS HOURS. The time of the day during which business is transacted.
