The dividend is payable July 3, 2000 to shareholders of record on June 5, 2000. Bridgford Foods, a producer of frozen bread dough, microwaveable sandwiches, processed meats, dry sausages, and other convenience food products, currently has 10,800,000 shares outstanding.
