Bridgeway Brings Electronic Discovery In-House.

Technology Partnerships Provide "End to End" Workflow

HOUSTON -- Bridgeway Software announced that it has developed a comprehensive electronic discovery solution for in-house legal departments that supports key processes within the electronic discovery workflow - Preservation, Collection, Processing, Review, and Production. Bridgeway E-Discovery assures a repeatable process by design, providing one layer for end-to-end electronic discovery and empowering in-house counsel to demonstrate compliance and control costs.

Bridgeway's proprietary Legal Hold solution supports the notification and preservation process. Bridgeway has established partnership agreements with StoredIQ, IPRO IPRO Island Peer Review Organization  Tech and Anacomp for the other key processes that drive electronic discovery.

Bridgeway's Vice President of E-Discovery, Rich Hall, explains, "In selecting technology partners for our end-to-end e-discovery solution, Bridgeway focused heavily on track records of customer service, corporate culture and product quality. The way in which prospective partners interacted with Bridgeway indicated how we could expect them to treat our clients. The selected providers invested time to understand Bridgeway's vision and dedicated resources to ensure that Bridgeway's vision aligns with their goals."

For the Identification, Preservation and Collection phase of the solution, Bridgeway sought StoredIQ's award-winning information management product that has a sophisticated feature set and provides defensible de·fen·si·ble

Processing and production are challenging steps in the e-discovery life cycle of data. Bridgeway required a proven product that generates consistent results. Hall says, "IPRO Tech's eCapture(TM) fits that description. This is a highly scalable product with a proven track record and is well known throughout the industry."

"We're pleased that after conducting its thorough evaluation of leading litigation review solutions on the market, Bridgeway determined CaseLogistix to be the most robust, scalable and intuitive review platform for its e-discovery offering," said Howard Dratler, CEO of Anacomp. "Enabling legal teams to quickly organize, review, analyze and produce digital evidence are crucial steps within the overall e-discovery process. This integration will benefit corporate counsel customers by delivering greater value, addressing complex litigation challenges and offering a more complete, end-to-end approach to their e-discovery needs."

In-house legal departments currently manage electronic discovery through a collection of disparate software applications offered by distinctly separate vendors. Bridgeway E-Discovery is a subscription-based product providing electronic discovery as a single solution from a single provider.

Bridgeway President Keith Okano adds, "Based on persistent requests from our clients, Bridgeway investigated the challenges presented by electronic discovery. Through that research, we identified a methodology for teaming best practices with a repeatable end-to-end process. Bridgeway E-Discovery is the only solution designed with a complete set of tools, processes, and supplemental staffing to bring electronic discovery in-house - from preservation to production. These products will be put to the test by a consortium of companies that will execute real-life scenarios."

Okano concludes, "This solution reflects Bridgeway's commitment to provide the technology infrastructure for all legal business administration. Our integrated and comprehensive approach helps organizations meet complex legal, compliance and business challenges."
