Bridgewater joins Oracle Service Delivery Platform Partner Initiative, as a leading developer of carrier-grade subscriber-centric policy management solutions

BARCELONA, Spain -- Bridgewater Systems, a leading developer of subscriber-centric policy management software for IP-based services, today announced it has begun interoperability testing with Oracle.
