1. pertaining to the radius of the arm or to the radial (lateral) aspect of the arm as opposed to the ulnar (medial) aspect; pertaining to a radius.
2. tires for mining and construction vehicles in response to growing global demand for those tires. Plans are to build the plant in the Hibikinada Industrial Area in Kitakyushu Kitakyushu (kētä`ky sh), city (1990 pop. , Fukuoka Prefecture.
