 BB:BPOT) announced today that effective tomorrow, July 23, 1999, the stock will trade under the new symbol (OTC BB: WLTH).

In addition, the majority shareholders have approved the amendment of the company's name from Bridgeport Communications, Inc. to WealthHound.com, Inc. The name change was effectuated to better reflect the new direction and emphasis on the company's Internet business.

On July 9, 1999, Bridgeport Communications, Inc. acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of WealthHound, Inc. WealthHound, Inc. remains a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
