.) ("BridgePoint") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the final version of the prospectus qualifying 8,750,000 class A common shares for which receipt was obtained from the Quebec Securities Commission on March 31, 2000.

BridgePoint will issue, in exchange of the special warrants certificates, a total of 8,750,000 class A common shares (i.e. one class A common share for each special warrant held). The special warrants have been issued, on December 7, 1999, pursuant to an Agency Agreement entered into at that same date with Canaccord Capital Corporation.
