WestLB Announces Successful Acquisition Financing for US Private Equity Firm to Move into Mexican Construction Sector

, NY January 26, 2006--WestLB AG Capital Markets Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies.  Financial Institutions unit announced that it has successfully closed a $60 million bridge loan to Pulte Mexico S.R.L. de C.V for the acquisition of Pulte Mexico by Walton Street Capital, Su Casita and the Grupo Sadasi.
