BRIDGEHAMPTON, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 2002

Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ/OTC:BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank, announced a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share.

The dividend will be payable on July 22, 2002 to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2002.
