Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ/OTC: BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank (the "Bank"), today reported that Marcia Z. Hefter, Esq. has been appointed Vice Chairperson of the Company's Board of Directors.
