Bridge Bancorp, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Dividend.

BRIDGEHAMPTON, N.Y. -- Bridge Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ/OTCBB:BDGE), the holding company for The Bridgehampton National Bank, on September 20, 2004 announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share. The dividend represents a 5.9% increase over the prior quarter and on a year-to-date basis, an increase of 38.2%. The dividend will be payable on October 21, 2004 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2004. The Company continues its trend of uninterrupted dividends.
