The sale price for the vacant building was $10.5 million. The new ownership has begun a $10 million renovation of the property that includes a conference center and a health club, extensive landscaping, renovating the lobby and retrofitting all mechanical systems to employ the latest technologies.

Brickman will serve as general partner, leasing agent, and property manager. Wafra Investment Advisory Group, Inc. also holds a majority equity interest.
