Brian will Carri us to the title; EAST JUNIOR CUP.

MARK BRADLEY insists the return of Brian Carrigan can help Linlithgow Rose win the League.

The Prestonfield Park midfielder believes the arrival of the Hamilton striker is just the boost they need after they earned a 1-1 draw against Kelty Hearts.

He said: "Brian is a class act and I'm sure him returning will give the other players a huge lift.

"Although we sit top of the table I don't think we have hit top form yet.

"It was a huge disappointment to get knocked out of the Scottish Cup but it could be a blessing in disguise as we can now focus on winning the Super League."

Carrigan got off to a great start on his return and set up Stuart McArthur for the equaliser after Iain Mauchlen opened the scoring earlier in the match.

In the Scottish Cup, Glenrothes beat Kirrie Thistle 4-0 with Benny Andrews firing a hat-trick.

Haddington lost 2-0 at Rob Roy with Jamie Docherty and Paul McQuilken netting.
