CLEVELAND -- Ulmer & Berne LLP announced today that Brian T. Robinson has joined the Firm as an associate in its Employment & Labor Law Group. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience representing corporate, non-profit, and public sector defendants in employment, education, and civil rights litigation, including state and federal employment discrimination claims; defamation; breach of contract; and federal civil rights claims alleging violations of "Free Speech", "Freedom of Religion", "Due Process" and "Equal Protection" under the U.S. Constitution.

Prior to joining Ulmer & Berne, Mr. Robinson was President of Olympia Properties LLC, a real estate investment company, and was an attorney with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP.
