He has most recently served as a director of St. Francis Bank, a $2.5 billion institution in Milwaukee, at which he previously held the position of Executive Vice President. During his tenure, the Bank experienced dramatic organic growth and raised in excess of $80 million in an initial public offering. In addition to his retail and operations responsibilities, he was heavily involved in M&A activities and oversaw the Bank's conversion to stock form.
