Brian Stevenson Appointed to Senior Sales Position At Norstan.

Brian J. Stevenson has been appointed to the new position of director of sales for Norstan Direct, a unit of Norstan, Inc. In his new position, he reports to Brian E. Provost, vice president of Norstan Direct, and is responsible for all Norstan telesales in North America. Stevenson and the telesales unit are headquartered in Minneapolis.

In making the announcement, Provost said, "Brian Stevenson has a solid record in our industry of managing and expanding both field and inside sales teams. Under his leadership we expect that customer satisfaction and our presence in this market will continue to grow."

Stevenson, a native of Minneapolis, is a 1988 graduate of Mankato State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to joining Norstan, he was area director of sales for CompUSA. His other senior sales positions include national corporate sales manager for Micron Electronics, managing its inside sales team, and inside sales representative and manager for Zeos International.

Stevenson is a resident of Lino Lake, a suburb of Minneapolis.
