A YEAR ago this week Iraq handed over a 11,807-page dossier on its nuclear, chemical and biological programmes which it said was "current, accurate, comprehensive, truthful".
Without studying it, Jack Straw said he expected it to be "a pack of lies" and Pentagon chief Richard Perle said its content was irrelevant. Perle has since admitted the war was "illegal". Straw is silent.
