As Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer of Security Business Bank, Smith is responsible for the direct underwriting of various types of commercial credit requests and the direct management of a portfolio of business banking relationships for small to medium-sized businesses. Smith will also be responsible for managing the Bank's third office, which will be located in Carlsbad and is expected to open in first quarter 2006.
