:HAS), today announced the appointment of Brian Goldner, Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

 of Bandai America Inc., to the position of Chief Operating Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of Tiger, effective March 18. Mr. Goldner, 36, who will report to Tiger President Roger Shiffman, will assume the title of President and COO on January 1, 2001, as part of a succession plan. Randy Rissman, Tiger's Chief Executive Officer, will step down by the end of 2000, at which time Mr. Shiffman will assume the role of CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. .
