 Piper Jaffray is pleased to announce that Brett W. Wallace has joined the firm as a managing director in the Technology Group of the Investment Banking department. He will be located in the firm's Menlo Park, Calif., office.

"Brett brings experience and commitment to our team," said Paul Grangaard, director of Investment Banking. "As we pursue aggressive growth in our technology investment banking business, it is important that we continue to add seasoned professionals to our already strong banking team."

Wallace was formerly a partner and managing director of C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, in San Francisco, where he was responsible for coordinating C.E. Unterberg, Towbin's investment banking and private investment activities on the West Coast. Wallace holds a master of business administration degree from University of California, Los Angeles UCLA comprises the College of Letters and Science (the primary undergraduate college), seven professional schools, and five professional Health Science schools.
