The sophomore Razorback baseball outfielder and pitcher put an end to a brief Hogs stump by tossing a 1-hit shutout at No. 1 Georgia in Athens, and in the process was named Southeastern Conference pitcher of the week for April 13-19. The effort elevated him to No. 2 in the UA's regular SEC rotation. He was also among five athletes named Louisville Slugger player of the week. His 3-run homer earlier in the week keyed a 9-6 road win over Oral Roberts.
