Brett A. Rosenthal Director NAI Long Island.

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

Rosenthal joined NAI Long Island in 2003. He is a member of NAI's Corporate Real Estate Services Team (CREST), a group of specially trained Real Estate Professionals focused on the representation of large national and international corporations with geographically diverse portfolios, in both transactional and non-transactional matters. He also specializes in the Long Island "Class A" office market. Since joining NAI Long Island, Rosenthal has been directly involved in over 400,000 s/f of completed transactions. He is currently the exclusive broker for over 270,000 s/f of available space. He has become a "go-to guy" to many of his clients, who will often bring their biggest problem to him, in or out of his local market. His ability to satisfy his client's requirements in these situations has enabled him to develop many strong working relationships, in a relatively short career. Rosenthal's ability to connect with prospective clients and his extensive knowledge of NAI's proprietary technology has made him a vital asset to NAI Long Island in many of their high profile presentations, whether or not he has direct involvement in the opportunity.
