Development Corp. announced the following transactions: * Borders Books, Music and Cafe has signed a 21,500 SF lease at Riverhead riv·er·head n. The source of a river. Center in Riverhead, N.Y. Beth Lamport, of Breslin Realty, negotiated the transaction; * A. C. Moore Arts & Crafts has signed a 23,000 SF lease at Hauppauge Shopping Center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into in Hauppauge, N.Y. Beth Lamport negotiated the transaction; * Chili's Restaurant has signed a 6,000 SF lease at Kohl's Shopping Center in Bay Shore, N.Y. Beth Lamport negotiated the transaction; * Children's Expo has signed a 1,500 SF lease at 22 Jericho Turnpike in Mineola, N.Y. Robert Solimine, of Breslin Realty, negotiated the transaction; * Panera Bread Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA), is a chain of bakery café restaurants in the United States, specializing in serving specialty breads, sandwiches, soups, bakery items, and in select cafés, pizzas and organic potato chips. Corporate history In 1993, Au Bon Pain Co. has signed a lease at Hauppauge Shopping Center in Hauppauge, N.Y. Beth Lamport negotiated the transaction. |
