Grazman, Ph.D. is joining the Company in the newly established position of Vice President - Six Sigma Not to be confused with Sigma 6.
Six Sigma is a set of practices originally developed by Motorola to systematically improve processes by eliminating defects.[1] A defect is defined as nonconformity of a product or service to its specifications.
 effective February 19, 2002.

Grazman is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has extensive experience with process and quality improvement using the Six Sigma tool set as well as other, complementary approaches. He has served as Director, Operational Excellence for Amazon.com since 2000, leading the Six Sigma rollout across Amazon's operations group. He previously served as Vice President-Six Sigma for GE Capital Mortgage Services. At GE Capital he led process improvement initiatives across a group of businesses encompassing approximately 3,000 associates and an $80 billion portfolio of mortgages and home equity loans. Grazman's academic background includes experience at the National Measurement Laboratory of the National Institute of Standards & Technology; a Ph.D. in Nuclear Analytical Chemistry analytical chemistry: see under chemistry.  from Texas A&M University, as well as bachelor's & master's degrees in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
