Brenner to retire.NORTHBORO - Barry Brenner has announced he will retire as town administrator. His retirement date will be effective this fall and Brenner anticipates his last working day will be in July. Brenner, who has served almost 35 years in municipal management, including 11 as town administrator in Northboro, notified the Board of Selectmen SELECTMEN. The name of certain officers in several of the United States, who are invested by the statutes of the several states with various powers. on April 14 of his intent to retire. He expressed his appreciation to the many Boards of Selectmen, town department heads and employees, as well as various boards, committees and commissions he has had the opportunity to work with over the years in Northboro. Prior to serving in Northboro, Brenner was city manager of Lebanon, N.H., town manager of Salem, N.H., assistant city manager of Concord Concord, cities, United States Concord (kŏng`kərd, kŏn`kôrd'). 1 city (1990 pop. 111,348), Contra Costa co., W central Calif.; settled c.1852, inc. 1906. , N.H.; and assistant to the town manager of Windsor, Conn.
