Brendan Fitzgerald Joins TCI as Vice President of Corporate Development and President of TCI Wireless.

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1996--TCI International, Inc. (NASDAQ: TCII) today announced that Brendan Fitzgerald has joined the company as Vice President of Corporate Development and President of one its wholly owned subsidiaries, TCI Wireless.

Most recently, Fitzgerald, 35, was Vice President of Corporate Development at Flash Comm, Inc. In his position, he was responsible for securing venture-backed financing, for development of strategic alliances, and for successfully positioning the company for product introduction.

Prior to Flash Comm, Fitzgerald served as Manager of Acquisitions and Commercial Business Development at Harris Corp. where he structured development agreements for mobile satellite ground stations and arranged venture capital financing for a number of spin-off technologies. Fitzgerald has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
