Brendan D. Boyle is named Director of Sales and Marketing for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 6, 1996--Margo Alexander, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management (MHAM MHAM Multiple Hamartoma Syndrome

) announced today that Brendan D. Boyle has been named a Managing Director and Director of Sales and Marketing for MHAM.

Alexander said, "Brendan is an important addition to MHAM leadership and we are looking forward to his making a strong contribution to marketing efforts."

Boyle joins MHAM with more than fifteen years of experience in the mutual fund business. For the last two years, Boyle has been Executive Vice President - Director of Marketing for Prudential Prudential is the name of two different companies and buildings named after them:

  • Prudential Financial, Inc.
 mutual funds. Prior to working at Prudential, Boyle was a Managing Director in Smith Barney's asset management company serving in various capacities, including Director of Mutual Fund Sales and Marketing. From 1977 to 1981 Boyle was employed with Connecticut General Life Insurance.

Boyle received a B.A. from Marist College Marist College is a private liberal arts college of 180 acres (72 ha), located on the east bank of the Hudson River near Poughkeepsie, New York, on US 9. The site was established in 1905, and chartered in 1946.  and is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Mutual Fund Forum.
