BRO Kernel Development Engineers:

--Apply optical science and engineering expertise as key contributors to the computational kernel of ASAP

--Work with world-class optical engineers and scientists to make the full capabilities of ASAP accessible to both internal and external customers, primarily through documentation, regular reporting and occasional presentations

--Investigate and respond to technical inquiries about ASAP, from BRO Software Support, BRO Engineering Services and customers

--Participate in developing rigorous regressions and support quality control to satisfy the expectations of scientifically sophisticated customers

--Collaborate with software development staff to embrace and facilitate software best practices
