Competitive candidates will have a minimum of a Masters in Physics, Optical Engineering or similar discipline and 5+ years of experience and/or training. Knowledge of BRO's ASAP Optical Software is a plus.

BRO Customer Service Engineers:

--Provide optical engineering technical support for BRO's software products

--Develop technical documentation for BRO's software products

--Develop tutorial materials and teach software tutorials at BRO headquarters and at customer sites

--Occasionally travel out of the state and/or country

--Represent BRO at technical tradeshows including the preparation and presentation of software information

--Author and present articles and white papers in the optical engineering arena

--Assist BRO Software Sales in creating and updating software demos and literature

--Participate in the planning and developing BRO's software products
