Breathe your stress away.


Try this little exercises to relieve your stress. Focus your thoughts on a spot just below your navel. Breathe into that spot, filling your abdomen abdomen, in humans and other vertebrates, portion of the trunk between the diaphragm and lower pelvis. In humans the wall of the abdomen is a muscular structure covered by fascia, fat, and skin.  with air from the bottom up. Now, slowly exhale exhale /ex·hale/ (eks´hal) to breathe out.

1. To breathe out.

2. To emit a gas, vapor, or odor.
 as if you're deflating a balloon. Your stress should deflate (file format, compression) deflate - A compression standard derived from LZ77; it is reportedly used in zip, gzip, PKZIP, and png, among others.

Unlike LZW, deflate compression does not use patented compression algorithms.
 with each long, slow breath you release.
