Breastmilk advice in store.

AS part of National Breastfeeding Awareness Week new mums and mums-to-be are being encouraged to visit the Life Store in Middlesbrough to get advice and support on giving their babies a natural, healthy start in life.

Health visitors will be in the store between 11am and 2pm every day until Saturday.

Breastmilk gives babies all the nutrients they need for the first six months and helps protect from infection.

Carol McArdle, children's public health nurse specialist, said they hoped to see a "cultural shift" away from bottle feeding..
