Dr. Sledge led the first-ever trial of an anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody monoclonal antibody, an antibody that is mass produced in the laboratory from a single clone and that recognizes only one antigen. "I am proud to be a part of meeting the educational needs of physicians striving to remain aware of new medical solutions as soon as they are developed in order to positively affect patient outcomes as quickly as possible."
