Holyrood's health committee gave their backing to the Breastfeeding (Scotland) Bill. The Bill, introduced by Labour backbencher Elaine Smith, would make it an offence, punishable by apounds 2500 fine, for businesses or public bodies to prevent a mother from breastfeeding.
