) recently announced that they will be selling prepaid phone time at their 2,900 ATM locations. FCG's service combines a traditional phonecard with its advanced telephony technology to create a product that can include market research and information services See Information Systems. . "Our experience has shown that this type of interactive phonecard has a phenomenal response rate of 50-75 percent," states Moe Ghaffari, FCG's National Sales Manager.

FCG's powerful TeleSurvey is added to the bank's phonecard program, but as an optional choice for the consumer. A purchaser who chooses to answer the questions in the TeleSurvey is immediately rewarded with additional minutes on the calling card. This option allows a bank to ch are added to a phonecard as needed. The card is used to directly access a bank's network or customer service center, providing information to the consumer regarding loeleSurvey streamlines these two concepts into a single retail product, leading to a reduction in cost with higher effectiveness. By selling the phonecard through an ATM machine, the technology is taken one step further into the retail market for even greater cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
