Brazil InterWeb Launches Official Web Site for Brazil's Top Super Model -- Paulo Zulu.

Houston InterWeb Design (OTCBB:HITD) announced today that its recently formed Brazilian subsidiary, Brazil InterWeb Design (BID), has launched www.paulozulu.com, the official site for Brazil's popular supermodel and actor, Paulo Zulu. BID recently opened its offices in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo, Brazil, to provide Web design, hosting and development to the region's growing e-business market.

The Brazilian subsidiary leverages Houston InterWeb's existing SiteBlazer(TM) technology with regional marketing expertise to provide Web site design, hosting and maintenance to the millions of new Internet users in the soaring Brazilian and Latin American markets. The only other technology that is similar in the Brazilian market is Microsoft's (NYSE:MSFT) FrontPage. FrontPage is an over-the-counter software package requiring advanced computer, FTP and graphic skills from the user as well as an Internet Service Provider (ISP) for hosting. InterWeb's SiteBlazer(TM) technology differs in that it is an online, all encompassing solution that handles the difficult graphics and editing process for the user.

The Brazilian Internet market continues to expand. According to International Data Corporation (IDC) the number of Internet users in Latin America will more than double from 13.3 million by year end 2000 to 29.6 million by the end of 2003. Additionally, Brazil will account for 88 percent of all online sales in Latin America this year with 45 percent of the region's online population, according to the Boston Consulting Group.

InterWeb has a portfolio of complex Internet applications that it has designed for its U.S. customers. These applications and platforms can be used as such or with only minor modifications in Brazil, thus increasing BID's profit margins and its overall profitability.
