:BOBS), a 563-outlet fast-food chain and the second largest hamburger fast-food chain operator in Brazil, announced that - based on final results from its Sept. 5, 2007, Annual Meeting of Stockholders - all seven nominees were elected to serve for the next year on the Company's Board of Directors. The nominees included six prior members of the Board - Omar Carneiro da Cunha, Jose Ricardo Bousquet Bomeny, Guillermo Hector Pisano, Gustavo Figueiredo Bomeny, Romulo Borges Fonseca and Peter J.F. van Voorst Vader - and one new member - Gustavo Alberto Villela Filho, who replaces Stephen Rose. No other issues were up for stockholder vote at this year's Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

Mr. Villela Filho, age 61, is a partner in the Brazilian law firm of Villela e Kraemer. From 1978-82, he worked at COBEC - the former trading division of Banco do Brasil Banco do Brasil S.A. is a major Brazilian bank headquartered in Brasília. The bank was founded in 1808 and is the oldest surviving bank in Brazil — one of the oldest of Latin America.  S.A. - where he held a variety of executive positions, including Operational Officer and Chief Officer of Raw Materials and Manufactured Products. In a Board of Directors' meeting held immediately after the Annual Meeting of Stockholders, Guillermo Hector Pisano was elected President of the Board. In addition, the Board named members to serve on its Auditing and Compensation Committees.
