Brazil's TV Cidade Agrees to Market Viper Products.

SAN DIEGO -- Viper Networks, Inc. (OTC:VPER) and joint venture company Viper Rede' (Networks) Brazil has received formal approval to supply its vPhone product and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services for bundling with premium cable services offered by leading Brazilian cable company TV Cidade (www.redecidade.com.br) to its subscribers.

Gislene Douek, Business Development Manager for TV Cidade commented, "We have been successfully testing the vPhone in Brazil for almost two months and the quality of voice is as clear as any regular telephone. The vPhone has added mobility to my laptop and I can now make and/or receive calls within an Internet connection or WI-FI Zone."

Douek concluded, "In phase I, we will be bundling the vPhone as a premium service to all of our customers and phase II will be the offering of the Viper IP-PBX specifically for corporate and hotel customers."

TV Cidade has approximately 120,000 cable TV and Internet subscribers. Included in this 120,000 subscribers is over 1000 corporate clients and 200 resort and executive hotels. TV Cidade has over 2400 kilometers of fiber in the city of Salvador and operates primarily in the Northeast of Brazil. They are also partners in all of Brazil with NET which is owned by the TV Globo Network.

Viper Rede' Brazil will also be providing gateways, calling appliances and services for each regional TV Cidade operations center, and global calling services over its VoIP network.
