The above table addresses the recently obtained assay information for the last seven drill holes of the completed drilling campaign.

Highlights of the final seven drill holes are as follows:

--Holes #TOC 05-28 and #TOC 05-29 targeted the extension of mineralization at the northwest limit of the western strand Strand, street in London, England, roughly parallel with the Thames River, running from the Temple to Trafalgar Square. It is a street of law courts, hotels, theaters, and office buildings and is the main artery between the City and the West End.

of the gold zone. Neither drill hole intersected significant mineralization. However, the northwestern of the two holes, TOC 05-29 intersected 26.3 meters of 0.47 g Au/t, suggesting that mineralization may continue to the northwest, towards the broad circular magnetic low reported in the last press release.

--Hole #TOC 05-32 was placed to check the same northwestern limit of the main mineralized min·er·al·ize

zone, approximately 55 meters to the southeast of TOC 05-28. This hole crossed two zones of significant gold mineralization. From 1.53 meters to 43.2 meters, 41.8 meters averaged 1.89 g Au/t, and from 65.2 to 111.0 meters, 45.8 meters averaged 1.77 g Au/t. Intervals of lower grade gold mineralization were also intersected at depth. A remarkable feature of this drill hole is the presence of a narrow subvolcanic rhyolite rhyolite, fine-grained light-colored acidic volcanic rock. Rhyolite is chemically the equivalent of granite, and is thus composed primarily of quartz and orthoclase feldspar with subordinate amounts of plagioclase feldspar, biotite mica, amphiboles, and pyroxenes.  porphyry Porphyry, Greek scholar

, probably closely related to mineralization, which contains visible native gold in quartz veinlets near the dike's margin. Rhyolite porphyry dikes are more prolific towards the northwestern edge of the area drilled to date. They appear to head for the northwestern magnetic low.

--Hole #TOC 05-30 was drilled in an opposing direction to hole TOC 04-16, which was reported last year as having made a significant gold intersection intersection /in·ter·sec·tion/ (-sek´shun) a site at which one structure crosses another.

(165 meters @ 1.65 g Au/t). Hole TOC 05-30 was designed to check the western or opposing boundary of the mineralization. The main body of gold mineralization was intersected at a depth of 105 meters, continuing to 258 meters, for a total of 153 meters at an average grade of 1.49 g Au/t. The indicated true width along this cross section is approximately 100 meters.

--Hole #TOC 05-31 was drilled along the same cross section but in the opposite direction to hole TOC 04-09. From a depth of 138 meters to 212.4 meters, the hole intersected 74.4 meters of 0.70 g Au/t, indicating a true cross-sectional width of 125 meters.

--Hole #TOC 05-33 was designed to drill for the continuity of mineralization at the farthest point to the southeast along the trend. It intersected a broad pyritic py·rite

Management is upbeat about the size and grade of gold mineralization outlined at TZ. The table below summarizes the most significant drill hole mineral intercepts made at TZ during the two earlier stages of drilling.

Brazauro has signed a 3,000-meter drilling contract for continued drilling at TZ. Core drilling will be initiated as soon as the drill contractor brings its new diesel core rig on site. This is presently estimated to occur during January 2006. At least ten holes are planned in the next phase: to better outline the size and shape of the known mineralization, and to probe the most attractive geophysical ge·o·phys·ics

At Brazauro's Mamoal Project, a diamond drill rig is currently being moved onto the project site. Core drilling, slated to begin by November 18, will test the broad linear geochemical anomalies outlined by the 750-sample soil auger auger (ô`gər): see drill.
