An arrest warrant was issued after Mark Larner fled to South Africawith a "substantial amount of cash" after being found guilty of riot in May. The 47-year-old, from Upper Gornal intheBlackCountry, quietly returned to the UK and walked into a police station in the Bristol area to hand himself in. He is now in custody and is due to be sentenced later this month. It is not known how or when he managed to get back into the country. Larner was one of eight men convicted at Birmingham Crown Court earlier this year for their part in the mass brawl between rivalmembers of theHell'sAngels and Outlaws biker gangs at the airport in January 2008.
