Bravo's grand tour; Special edition Fiats leave European capitals on way to Turin for charity event.

ASPECIAL edition Fiat Bravo has just been announced to coincide with an international charity driving tour.

The tour, which kicked off today, will take the cars from capital cities across Europe, including London, Berlin, Lisbon and Madrid to Turin, Italy.

The new Bravo MSN Special Series is the result of a collaboration between Fiat and internet giant MSN.

It is based on a Bravo 1.4 16V.

And the new special edition version is also fitted with some of the latest Sony Ericsson mobile phone technology.

This techonology is custom- made for the car, and it will allow direct access to the MSN portal. S S pounds 2,700 worth of extra equipment.

In addition to the navigation and communications kit, it also has grey pearlescent paint, 17-inch alloy wheels and a leather steering wheel.

The new car is linked in with the Bravo Tour, which is a three-day drive in Bravo MSN cars to Fiat's Balocco test track near Turin from European starting points.

They include Lisbon, Madrid, Berlin, London, Rome and Brussels.

The teams travelling in each car consist of two MSN users and an MSN selected journalist.

They are driving their own routes, and they are equipped with a digital video camera and other communications tools.

They must report on their tour, solve given tasks along the route, visit places nominated by MSN users and broadcast their tour experience on MSN..
