Griffin Jr., on July 29, 2002, due to heart failure. Mr. Griffin was formerly Chairman of the Board and President of Daisy Manufacturing Company Inc., and was instrumental in the founding and development of Brass Eagle Inc.

H. Gregory Wold, 68, has been a Director of Brass Eagle Inc. since its inception in September 1997. Mr. Wold joined the Ford Motor Company, an auto manufacturer, in 1964 and, after leading several product development and manufacturing operations Manufacturing operations concern the operation of a facility, as opposed to maintenance, supply and distribution, health, and safety, emergency response, human resources, security, information technology and other infrastructural support organizations. , became Associate Director, Corporate Strategy in 1986 and then served as Director, Business Development from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Wold retired from the Ford Motor Company in 1997. He is currently Managing Director of Hudson Partners, L. L. C., a firm experienced in corporate development and restructuring through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures. Mr. Wold is also serving as a Director of Daisy Manufacturing Company and Ross Aluminum.

Mr. Wold stated: "We are extremely saddened by Marvin's passing. He was a great friend and business colleague. It is an honor to serve in his place. He has left the Company in great shape - both the Board and key Officers have several years experience with Brass Eagle, and the team he built remains in place."
