Brasil Telecom purchased the complete MyNetonomy product suite, which includes MyNetonomy NetService Center, MyNetonomy NetService Center Business Edition and MyNetonomy Channel Activator.

With MyNetonomy NetService Center, Brasil Telecom intends to build loyalty by improving the overall service it delivers to its residential subscribers by creating a customer driven portal that provides personalized service that will increase interaction with customers while containing customer service costs.

With MyNetonomy NetService Center Business Edition, Brasil Telecom intends to make customer service a key differentiator by providing corporate customers with hierarchical management of employee subscribers, advanced value-added commerce including bulk ordering, e-procurement and template-based account activation, and greater bill dispute, analysis and approval capabilities.

Finally, using MyNetonomy Channel Activator, Brasil Telecom intends to reduce its cost of acquiring each new customer by streamlining the sales process, as well as improving the customer support it provides through its channel partners.
