Capital Unit Distributions The Fund also announced its monthly distribution of $0.1125 per Capital unit (TSX: BSD.UN), payable on September 15, 2005 to unitholders of record on August 31, 2005. The Trust is on track to meet its anticipated monthly distribution of $0.1125 per Capital unit for the first nine months of the Trust, representing an annual yield of 9% based on the issue price of $15.00 per Capital unit. The Trust will thereafter annually determine and announce each December its anticipated monthly distribution for the following year.
