Brascan SoundVest Diversified Income Fund Announces June Distribution.

TORONTO -- Brascan SoundVest Diversified Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:BSI.UN) is pleased to announce that a distribution of $0.075 per trust unit will be payable on July 15, 2005 to unitholders of record on June 30, 2005.

Distribution Reinvestment Plan 

Unitholders of the Fund may elect to automatically reinvest monthly distributions in additional units of the Fund through the Fund's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan"). Participants in the Plan may also purchase additional units of the Fund for cash. The optional cash purchases require a minimum of $100 per payment.
