Since the inception of the Fund on August 17, 2005, the Federal Reserve Bank has increased short term interest rates by 100 basis points which caused funding costs to rise at a rate greater than the rise in yield on the Fund's investment portfolio. As a result, there is a reduction in BART's income available for distribution to Unitholders.

will increase to 4.75% in April, 2006 This has put further upward pressure on interest rates and the shape of the yield curve. We believe the Federal Reserve Bank is approaching the end of its tightening cycle and we expect interest rates to be lower and the yield curve to be steeper towards year-end. A steeper yield curve will increase the interest spread that the Fund earns, which in turn should result in higher distributions to unitholders" commented John Feeney, Managing Director of Hyperion Capital Management, Inc., the investment advisor Investment Advisor
